Directions:  
Prehheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray cookie sheet with nonstick cooking spray.
In a small bowl combine the honey, orange juice and lemon juice. Stir in the dates and set aside.
Combine the flour, soda, and baking powder in a large mixing bowl. In a second mixing bowl, combine applesauce, syrup, egg whites and oil. Add applesauce mixture to the flour mixture and mix. Mixture will be crumbly. Stir in date mixture until well combined. Drop by large teaspoon full onto cookie sheet. Press to slightly flatten.
Bake for 20 minutes. Remove immediately and cool on a wire rack. Makes 36 cookies.
