Yep, I blew it, chocolate Lava cake

2  cups		semi sweet chocolate chips
2  cups		Butter - Salted
2/3  cup		Gold Medal White All Purpose Flour - Enriched, Bleached, Presifted
5		Jumbo Raw Whole Eggs

Melt chocolate chips in double boiler or in a glass bowl placed in heating water.
Stir in room temp butter until melted.
Mix eggs and sugar until it begins to lighten in color (well whipped)
add melted chocolate mixture to egg and sugar mixture.
Blend in flour
Pour into 9 or ten individual ramikins, greased and floured (butter and sugar work well).
Bake in 350 oven for 10 minutes, will not look set.
Remove from oven, cool slightly, invert over plate, serve warm.
