Directions:  
Place 3/8" zuccini slices on bottom of 9x13 baking pan 2 layers thick ( you can make one layer with yellow, summer squash and peeling of the squash is optional) cover with 1 pint of preferably home made spaghetti sauce of all fresh home grown tomatoes and spices including cilantro, garlic, peppers, onions. Cover that with about 1/4 pound of either home grated or thinly sliced provolone or parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 d. for about 40 mins. Let stand for 10 mins. to cool. Serve and enjoy
