Line cupcake pan with liners. Mix flour, oats, salt, baking powder and set aside. Mash bananas, add melted Smart Balance, applesauce, eggs, sweetner, brown sugar and vanilla. Add flour mixture - don't over mix.

Bake 13 minutes and let cool 5 mins before removing from pan and cooling completely on racks.
