banana bread

1-1/2  cups		mashed ripe bananas
1/3  cup		plain low-fat yogurt
4  tablespoons		butter, melted
1		large egg
1		egg white
1/2  cup		cane sugar
1/2  cup		brown sugar
1-1/2  cups		Spelt flour
1/4  cup		ground flaxseed
3/4  teaspoon		baking soda
1/2  teaspoon		salt
1/2  teaspoon		cinnamon
1/8  teaspoon		allspice

Preheat oven to 350.
Combine first 4 ingredients in a large bowl, beat with a mixer at medium speed. Add sugars, beat until combined.
Lightly spoon flour into dry measuring cups, level with a knife.
Combine flour and next 5 ingredients. Add flour mixture to banana mixture, stir until just blended.
Pour batter into a 9x5 inch loaf pan coated with cooking spray.
Bake at 350 for 55min. or until a wooden toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Remove bread form pan, cool completely.
