Rinse canned black beans and add to large pan.

Add rice, onions, carrots, water, hot pepper, tomatoe powder,and soup the pan.

Cook on medium stirring constantly until all the water is absorbed.

Grill chicken and chop up.

Layer half of the rice mixture into a glass caserole dish and top with 1/3 cup shredded cheese.

Layer the rest of the rice mixture and top with all the remaining ingredients: chicken, cheese, green onions, and cilantro.

Serve with fresh avocado, corn chips and sour cream.
