place beef, tomatoes, celery, carrots, potatoes, onions, and tapioca into a Dutch overn. Season with beef bouillon, thyme, rosemary and marjoram, and stir in red wine and water. Place the lid on the dutch oven. Bake at 250 in pre heated Dutch ovemn for 5 to 6 hours. Add peas in last half hour of cooking.
for extra flavor, double the seasonings.
Can also be cooked in a crock pot - only use half the water for this method
