Description: A make ahead casserole that will give you 6 hearty breakfasts
Ingredients:  Makes 6 servings

4  ounces
 
1/2  cup
 
3-1/4  ounces
 
1/2  teaspoon
 
1/4  teaspoon
 
1/2  teaspoon
 
1  cup

Directions:  
preheat oven to 350 deg F
spray 9X13 glass dish
Whisk together eggs egg whites and milk
stir in the rest of ingredients except paprika
(1 whole red pepper is about 1c)
pour mix into dish and sprinkle with paprika
bake for 20-25 min

cut into 6 equal sections, put in zipper sandwich bags and refrigerate or freeze
