Ingredients:  Makes 1 serving (1 cup)

Directions:  
1:)make scrambled eggs and put in a cup.
2:)use shake and pour pancake mix to make one pancake, cut in half, cut in peices, and put in cup with eggs.
3:)mix.
4:)make bacon and sausage, cut up, and stir with pncks., and eggs.
5:)optional, add any fruit you like.
6:)stir all of ingrediants toghter
7:)put in microwave for 15 sec.
