Directions:  
heat oven to 350
tear a piece of tinfoil lg enough to contain the breast in a pouch
spray tinfoil with cooking spray
place breast in center cover with buffalo sauce
pinch close tinfoil around the breast to contain the breast and sauce
bake in oven until done
time will depend on whether it is frozen or fresh

skim milk can be added to the drsg ahead of time if you want to reduce calories or have more drsg
