burrito casserole

2		corn tortillas
7  ounces		refried beans [recipe]
1/4  lb.		ground beef
1/4  cup		onion
1/2		green pepper
1		small tomato
1/2  cup		salsa
1  cup		Low Fat Cheddar Cheese - Shredded

cook hamburger add taco seasoning to taste.....set aside
dice veggies and set aside
heat beans (they are easier to spread when they are warm
Cut tortillas in quarters and put 1/2 of them in in a greased casserole dish and spread with 1/2 warm beans, sprinkle with 1/2 of hamburgerand 1/3 or cheese.
second layer add all of diced veggies
third layer rest of tortills, beans, hamburger and cheese.
cover pan with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
Before serving spread picante sauce over top
Add shredded lettuce and diced tomato
