Directions:  
clean and wash carrots and brussel sprouts
cook your carrots and brussel sprouts
make a smoothies paste with your blender put in carrots milk and brussel sprouts
add brown sugar and chicken brouillon then blend more
then put in your 5 tbs sugar then blend more
poor into a glass
then serve and put in ice cube to make it cold
