Pre heat the oven to 350 degrees

Season the chicken with salt and pepper

Place a med oven proof nonstick skillet over high heat. When its hot lightly mist skillet with spray and add chicken side by side to the pan but not touching. Cook chicken just until it is golden brown on the outsides, 1 to 2 minutes per side.

Remove the pan from heat and top each chicken with 2 tbsp of tomatoes, followed by 1/2 ounce cheese. transfer the skillet to oven and bake the chicken until no longer pink inside and the cheese is melted. 5 to 9 min. top evenly with basil.
