dry fry chickpeas onions cumin and chilli for 1-2 min then add tomatoes heat through for app 5 min. Lay out tortilla wraps place app tbs mix in each wrap along with small handfull of the lettuce. Rol up and fold in edges. Place into a baking dish. when full layer yoghurt over top, try to cover all the wraps then sprinkle cheese on top. Finidhs by placing under a hot grill for a few minutes to melt the cheese. Serve on its own or with a green salad.
