melt butter and add it to grahm crumbs. Add 2 tbsp sugar (optional)

Line bottom of spring form pan and bake for 10 minutes at 350

in mixer, mix cream cheese (room temp) with 4 eggs, 1 cup sugar and 3 oz of melted bakers chocolate. pour onto crust and bake at 350 for 45 min.

mix sour cream with 1/2 cup sugar and 2 oz melted bakers chocolate and pour on top. Bake for 10 more min (top is set).

750 grams of cream cheese = 3 packages, it wouldn't let me describe it that way for some reason. FULL of fat....but GREAT for special occasions!!!!
