2  tablespoons
1  tablespoon
3/4  cup
3  teaspoons

1-chop/slice all vegs
2-crack eggs into lg bowl and beat. Add vegs, salt & pepper & mix together
3-put cornstarch, chicken stock, soya sauce and 1-teaspoon of sesame seed oil in a bowl and mix well
4-used remaining sesame oil to fry the omlets. (pour equal amount into frying flat and then flip over to brown other side)
5-after frying the omlets remove from pan and set aside. Pour cornstarch mixture in pan over med heat. Stiring till thinkened a bit. Use gravy to pour over omlets. Enjoy
