10  tablespoons		egg whites
2		eggs
1  cup		asparagus
4  pieces		turkey sausage
1/4  cup		orange pepper
1  tablespoon		tarragon
1  dash		salt
1  pinch		pepper
2  teaspoons		lemon juice
2  teaspoons		Sunflower Oil
4		White Mushrooms - Fresh

preheat oven to 450c
heat one tsp of oil in frying pan.
sautee peppers and mushrooms until tender
add sausage, removed from casings and sautee until cooked through.
add cooked asparagus cut into small pieces.
in a bowl, mix eggs with egg whites lemon tarragon s&p

use other tsp oil to grease a pie pan. pour all solid ingredients into the pan and top with egg mixture

bake for 20 minutes. let rest then cut into 4 pieces
