Directions:  
cut up the tomatoes and add to skillet. then chop and add the red onions. allow them to soften. then add the sno peas, curry, olive oil and crushed garlic. cube the tofu in bit sized cubes, add to the skillet and allow to brown and the flavors to be absorbed.
