Preheat oven to 450 degrees and place rack as close to bottom of oven. Combine all desired seasoning and parmesan cheese into small bowl.
Prepare pizza crust as directed then divide in 4 sections. Spray pizza pan with no-stick spray and taking one section push out onto pizza pan. If preparing 4 pizzas, increase ingredients to accomodate.
Sprinkle seasoning and cheese onto crust.
If needed, squeeze out excess water from spinich and place on crust next. Folllow with mushrooms, peppers and onion. Top with fat free mozzarella cheese and bake for 7-10 minutes or until crust is slightly browned.
