green peas with mushrooms

8  ounces		mushrooms
1/8  cup		onion
1  pinch		pepper
1  dash		salt
1  teaspoon		corn starch
3  cups		Birds Eye Sweet Baby Peas - Frozen
6  fl. oz.		Well Water
2  teaspoons		Natural Oils Extra Virgin Olive Oil

wash mushrooms and drain. chop onion and brown in a pot. when onion is turning yellowish, add green peas. Mix well. Add water. Add mushrooms cut or whole as you like. reduce heat and cook for 20 minutes. At the end mix 2 tsp corn starch with water until becomes a paste, and add to the pot stirring well. cook one more minute. Turn off heat, cover and let it stay for 5 minutes. Add fresh parsley. Optional add 1 tsp sour cream. Ca be served as a side sih or as a meal with sunny side up eggs.
