Pound chicken to 3/4 inch thickness, season with salt and pepper to taste. Grill untill done.
Cut panini bread in half.
Mash avacado half and spread onto one of the bread halves. Put cheese slices on other half. Put the chicken in and grill in Panini press.
Add tomato slices and enjoy.
