Directions:

Combine all ingredients except almonds and coconut

Spread evenly on baking tray and bake for 5 minutes

Remove from oven, stir then bake for another 2 minutes

Add almonds and return to oven for further 3 minutes or until golden (watch it doesn't burn)

Remove from oven and allow to cool

Add coconut and stir
Serve with milk/yoghurt and fruit
ALTERNATIVE: add dried cranberries/sultanas to mixture with coconut
OR leave to soak overnight in juice/milk for a delicious bircher muesli
