Directions:  
beat sugar, eggs, vanilla.
add butter, mix well.
combine dry ingredients, add to batter. mix well

pour into greased 9x13 baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes or until wooden toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

cool in pan on wire rack.
cut once cool and serve.
