Directions:

cook pasta according to package directions. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In a medium saucepan, melt margarine. Stir in flour. Add salt,pepper and dry mustard. Gradually stir in milk.

Cook, stirring constantly over medium heat, until sauce thickens. Add cheese stir until melted.

Stir cheese sauce into elbows. Spoon into a greased 2 quart baking dish. Bake 30 minutes or until bubbly.

I love this meal... it's great to see it in lower fat version. Now I can sneak this in on my family and they will never know! LOL
