Directions:

cook pasta according to package directions. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In a medium saucepan, melt margarine. Stir in flour. Add salt,pepper and dry mustard. Gradually stir in milk.

Cook, stirring constantly over medium heat, until sauce thickens. Add cheese stir until melted.

Stir cheese sauce into elbows. Spoon into a greased 2 quart baking dish. Bake 30 minutes or until bubbly.

this is one of my favorite foods...its new to me to add dry mustard, but it sounds good... nothin like a good mac n' cheese in the coming months ahead of us.
