Directions:  
peel, seed and slice apples, place in pot with the rest of the ingredients and bring to a boil, turn down and simmer till tender. Pull from heat mash up and put in a container and refrigerate. I like to put it in single serving containers and freeze then I can pull it out the night before for breakfast or lunches. Love it in oatmeal.
