olive Foccacia

3  cups		almond flower
1/2  cup		olive oil
2		eggs
1-1/2  teaspoons		rosemary
1  teaspoon		onion powder
1  teaspoon		garlic powder
1/2  cup		black olives
118  grams		dried tomatoes
1/4  teaspoon		table salt

Beat the eggs and olive oil together except for 1 tbsp. of oil. Mix the rest of the ingredients together. Mix wet and dry ingredients together. Bind everything and create a big ball. Take a cookie sheet cover it with parchment paper and place the ball on the cookie sheet. Flatten the ball to about .5 inches. Bake at 375 for 12 min, then take it out and make some small indentations with the bottom handle of a wooden spoon. After that brush it with the remaining 1 tbsp. of olive oil and place back in the oven for 8 minutes at the same 375 temperature.
