Directions:  
mix eggs together with milk
slice mushroom bacon and cheese
fry bacon and mushroom in oil
Add egg mix frying over gentle heat
Add cheese on top
Turn when nearly cooked through, turn heat off rest will cook with heat from pan. Serve with salad or toast
