bring stock, sauces, miso ginger and chilli to boli and simmer for 5 min, if using dry noodles add in at this stage. I added extra 1/2 litre of water so veggies were covered.
Add vegetables and simmer further 5 minutes then add turkey(or chicken) and prawns and simmer further 2 minutes.
Serve with accompanying lime and coriander .
