cook the rice

add a little rice vinegar and a dash of salt

cover hand with cling wrap

place rice in palm to just cover the palm

make a small divit in the rice, and place 1- 1 1/2 tbsp of shredded chicken

fold rice over filling

mold into a shape you want

wrap in 1/2 a piece of nori seaweed

continue with rest of the rice
