Directions:  
do this first- mix cake mix,pudding mix, eggs, oil, 1/2 c water , 1/2 cup rum into bowl and mix well qwith electric mixer until smooth. Pour into greased and floured bundt cake pan, bake in preheated 325 degree oven for 55 minutes. remove from oven and cool 20- 25 minutes in the pan. remove from pan onto a plate.
Glaze-
1/2 cup ( 1 stick) real butter
1 cup white sugar
1/4 cup water
Boil above ingredients over med - med high heat for 5 minutes. remove from heat and start to cool slightly. Then add the 1/2 cup rum and stir well.
poke sevreal holes with a fork into warm cake so the glaze soaks in. Pour 1.2 the glaze in bottom of bundt pan and carefully place the cake back in to soak up the glaze pour rest of glaze on the cake while in the pan. Let it soak in a few minutes, then flip back over onto the plate.
