Directions:  
Break spaghetti in half. Cook in boiling salted water until done. While still warm combine spaghetti with eggs and parmesan. Pour into a well greased 10 inch pie plate and pat mixture up and around sides with a spoon. Melt ber, add onion and saute until limp. Stir in sour cream and spoon over spaghetti. Crumble and cook meat util done. Drain . Add spaghetti sauce and water. Simmer 10 minutes. Spoon meat on top of your cream mixture . Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes . Arrange Mazzarella on top and return to oven uuntil cheese melts.

This freezes well before baking so make 2 at a time

Note for 6 servings do 3-4 servings of pasta.
Substitute 1 lb Itallian sausage for meat if preferred. Remove sausage from casing and crumble before cooking.
