in medium sauce pan, add soy, ginger, garlic, cayenne and brown sugar over medium heat. bring to a boil. add almonds and mix together and let boil 5 minutes while sauce reduces. add canola oil and mix together. add to baking sheet in single layer. bake at 250 F for 15 minutes or until no longer wet to the touch
