Directions:  
slice the onion
crush the garlic
slice half them lemon
cut the vegetables in large chunks
in a pot place some water and top with a steamer pan
layer the bottom with onion, garlic and lemon slices
place the vegetables on top and squeeze the rest of them lemon on top season with salt and crushed red pepper
