Directions:

Oil over medium high, add diced onion and green pepper for 6-8 minutes

Add chopped garlic, cumin, chili, oregano, cook on medium high for another 2-3 minutes until fragrant

Stir in 1 cup stock, cook for 3-4 more minutes and then add the rest of the stock. Turn down to medium

Drain and rinse all beans and add to soup.

Dice sweet potato and add to soup.

Simmer on medium 20-25 minutes
