Directions:  
In large pot, bring water to a boil.

In large skillet, spread 1 tablespoon olive oil. Let heat up on medium heat. Chop 2 cloves garlic and place into oil and let heat up together. Whisk together flour and broth and add to oil when hot. Simmer for about 3 minutes or until sauce coats back of spoon. Remove from heat and add cheese.

When water comes to a boil, add tortellini and veggies and boil about 5 minutes. Drain and add to sauce. Pair with a mix salad and a wheat baguette.
