mircowave potatoe till tender about 10 minutes.

cut in half and scoop out insides into a bowl.

put halves on cookie sheet, sprinkle with lemon juice and bake or broil halves till crispy

Mix milk, garlic and butter with potatoe insides till smooth and creamy. To make mash potatoes

Add green onions to mashed potatoes.

Take crispy potatoe shells and sprinkle with a little cheese.

put mash potatoes on top and sprinkle with a little more cheese if like.

Put back in oven for 5-10 minutes till cheese melts and top of potatoes get a little brown.
