Slice vegetables, dice tofu and cook rice
2)Heat oil in non-stick pan/wok on medium heat

add finely sliced onion, cook for 2 minutes

Add minced garlic, finely chopped chilli and grated ginger

Cook for furhter minute

Add vegetables and sauces, toss together and fry for about 5 minutes, until slightly softened

divide rice among bowls and serve vegetable mixture on top

sprinkle with sesame seeds, fresh chilli and cilantro if desired
