Ingredients:  Makes 4 servings (2 cups)

4  tablespoons
4  teaspoons
2  tablespoons
8  ounces

1.) Toast chili powder and cumin in a mediumskillet over medium heat until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
2.) Add oil to skillet and heat: add onion and cook until tender, abut 3 minutes; add garlic and cook until fragrant, about 3 minutes
3.) Add beef or turkey and cook until cooked through, about 5 min.
4.) Add Tomato sauce and beans;cook 5 minutes more or until heated through. ( Note: To turn up the heat, toss in some chopped chipotle peppers with the tomato sauce.)
5.) To assemble, fill each taco shell with 1/4 cup of beef or turkey mixture; top each with 1/2 tablespoon of non fat sourcream and 1/2 teaspoon of cilantro. Yeilds two tacos per serving....
