Directions:  
grind pumpkin, flax and sunflower seeds to flour. Mix all ingredients (save 1/4 cup sesame seeds to sprinkle on top. Add enough water for dough to form a ball. Knead on flour counter. Let sit for 10 minutes. Roll out on parchment paper covered cookie sheets to 1/8 inch thickness. Moisten top lightly and sprinkle on sesame seeds. Cook at 340 for 20 minutes checking to ensure light brown consistent color. Let sit after removing from oven for hardening.
