1/2  cup

Mix spelt flour together with all of the dry ingerdients.
Add oil and water and mix together to make thick dough.
3 Flour the rolling pin and roll the dough out thinly on baking paper - there should be enough to fill 2 cookie sheets. You may find it easier to put parchment paper on top of the dough and manually manipulate and roll through the paper.
Cut the rolled out dough in squares (no need to cut right through).
Preheat oven to 250 degrees celcius (475 degrees farenheit) and bake for 7 minutes.
Reduce heat to 200 degrees celcius (350 degrees farenheit) and bake for another 20-25 minutes.
Remove crispbread immediately from cookie sheet and allow to cool.
8 To keep crispbread fresh, store in a cookie tin.
