Another day another dollar!! Today was pretty good. I need to track my protein and fat better. Cureently only tracking calories. I also need to increase water consumption.

Another day and it went ok. I made the major mistake of waiting to the end of the day to calculate my calories (bad move). I'm still committed to this life change so life is great.

Hello everyone,
This is my first time blogging so bare with me. I'm on day 3 and it's starting to get tough. I now the do's and dont's but hey I wouldn't be here if I had listened huh (LOL). Well I feel good that I'm making a needed change and know it will be a LONG journey. I would love to lose 100 lbs but if I dropped 50 I'ld be happier and healthier. Well that's it for today.
