YES!! I weigh 164.5 this morning! I have not weighed this little in years. Possibly since before I had my 1st child so that would be almost 10 years. I haven't seen that 4 in a looooong time. Hello 4.

Faaaaaaaaaaaat. I love fat. I needed some fat and carbs. So I made a very restrained burrito. 1 tortilla. 1/2 cup refried beans. 2 oz real cheese. Soooooooo good. The cheese made it perfect. And something that I would normally sharf down tasted so good. My body feels satisfied and it was great. I know cutting back on my food intake, fat and carbs made me appreciate it that much more. Yum.

Of note: a Jamba Juice Coldbuster has waaaaaaaaay too many carbs. But I was low on carbs this week anyway.

I'm so glad I found this site. I lost 10 pounds last year and my biggest tool was my own food diary/calorie counter. This should make life so much easier as I go into my (now) annual 3 month, 10 pound weight loss program.
