I have finally lost all the baby weight from baby #3. First time to take off all the weight from a pregnancy! Now I'm starting on the extra that is still left from first two babies! :) This is a lot slower process than I would like, it took me a full year to loose what I have, but I am happy that it is staying off. It seems to be so hard to stay consistent. I'll do really well for a week or so and then I'll miss a day for one reason or another and then it seems like I have to restart again because it seems to always jump from not not just one day but 2 or 3. I'm just glad that I have had some change. That makes it a lot more motivating. I know that if I just put the effort into it that it will happen. Well, at least most days I do. Today

I never in my life thought I would say this, but I am having a hard time eating enough! I need to eat more protein. I have not been eating enough & I'm trying to find new ideas on what has high protein and not a lot of fat. that is kind of my dilemma right now. I guess more educating is going to have to happen on what foods have in them. Hmm, this may take a while to figure all of them out. Got to start somewhere right?
