I weighed myself this morning. 157. This is 3 less than when I weighed last week. Whoo hoo! I was going to be ok if I hadn't lost anything, but it makes me very happy that there is benefit to all of my hard work.

Yesturday was interesting. I almost didn't meet my minimum calorie and I know that is important. I could have skipped my night time snack, but I didn't as to get in the calories. Today I'll probably eat more for lunch.

the first weekend

I would have blogged on Friday (day 4) but I couldn't get it to load.

Friday was good workout not great food. Food is most certainly proving to be my bigger challenge.

I did a 30 min cadio. It wasn't nearly as difficult as the boot camp, but I was still sweating so I think it was ok. I was also pretty sore after Thursday's so it was nice to just loosen up.  I have planned that I take Saturday and Sunday workouts off. We did go shopping though and parked very ...

I'm writing this late. Jeremy brought home donuts for breakfast. So my day started with 400 caleries. It didn't get better. He made salmon patties which are not bad, but the fried potatoes were not healthy.

I worked out though! Did the lower body work out and it was great. Very sore the next morning!!!

The day was a bad colon day. Hoping for  a better day all around today!

I ate better today. Had too much fat, but I met my protein goals. I was also able to add a bit of fiber to my diet.

Work out was great. I did a boot camp cardio and I really liked it. I was red faced for a half an hour afterwards.  My whole body is tired and my arms are truly sore from the upper body workout yesturday.

This is where I am going to have to persevier. I'm sore so I'm going to want to take a day off, but I need to keep going. Tomorrow I'm going to ...

So here I go. I'm serious about losing the weight. I've finally found a medicine that helps my colon health, I've finally realized that my friends shouldn't make me cry, and I've finally realized that it is high time I take advantage of being a stay at home mom and nap time.
Today is the first day of me changing my life. It isn't going to be easy, but I have to be sure that I am healthy for my two girls.
