Since it is after midnight, it is already Day 1. Technically, I haven't even really started yet as I haven't eaten anything in the last half hour. :)

I will weigh and measure in the morning,  however I am not looking forward to it at all. I haven't been this big in years. I realize that the last few years have been extremely stressful and unhealthy for me both emotionally and physically. And I will not allow myself to dwell in negativity or bash my physical cond
