Okay so I STILL haven't started exercising but part of me thinks that it's not such a bad thing. In the past when I've started a new diet or exercise plan it was like they were linked together. If I failed on one I gave up on the other. I've already lost seven pounds in two and a half weeks by just counting calories. So far so good. Apples and dry cereal for breakfast and a lunch meat sandwich on wheat bread for lunch. Now if only I could find time to exercise. I'm sad to say that I am a smoker, but we can no longer smoke on our company property. Its a long walk twice a day to the end of the driveway to smoke, and thats about the most exercise I get. Starting to diet again is not something that I would call fun, actually it's extremely hellacious.. I dread the days when I'm hungry and have to fight the urge to stop at McDonalds when I'm out, or when I have to leave my money at home to prevent myself from going to the cafeteria at work even though I brought my lunch...
