So here I am day 3 of this P90x workout. I had started it and got to month 2 last year but stopped in October. I've just now picked it back up on 4/16/2012 with a friend. So far I'm feeling very sore but a good kind of sore as I push my muscles and body to the limit but never over the limit. That is important when doing these programs; knowing your limit!! I've been also striving to eat more protein so that is also very good. My main goal in doing this workout is basically melt
