Wow, I love Kenpo!! I had me sweating my ass off, gasping for breath, but it was SO fun! By far my favorite workout routine yet.

I was so miserably sore today...I mean I really felt bad and a little depressed. I almost talked myself out of doing the workout. When I put the DVD in, it wouldn't run...I tried a couple of times. For a few minutes, I thought this would be a great excuse to skip it. But I said Hell No. I will not let this stop me. I want this! So I put my laptop on the CD tower and watched it on my computer. ;)
The workout was hard, that's no lie but it wasn't as killer as Ply...

Oh my god....I'm hurting from head to toe. I feel awful - everything aches. I'm doubting whether I can do today's workout which I think is arms & shoulders. I really got to dig deep to find the strength to work out today.

Holy hell...that was so intense I just couldn't finish it. It was 58 minutes long and my legs turned to jelly when there was 23 minutes left. I felt like a failure but my coach gave me some encouraging words. Plyometics is a killer and not everyone makes it through the first time. Besides, I'm so out of shape, I'm surprised I was able to do 35 minutes!

I'm not hurting as bad as I thought. I am very achy, that's for sure. I feel it in my arms, back, neck and a bit in the abs. I feel great, though! I really do. I'm looking forward to tonight's workout.

Oh my god...I think I'm going to puke. If I could feel my arms and hands, I would guess they'd be made of jelly. I can barely type.
But it was awesome. Tony made me laugh, motiviated me, and made me feel okay about not being able to keep up. I discovered I bought the wrong bands and trying to use the pull up bar at this early stage is not for me...yet.
My dinner is spring mix with chicken breast and it's the best tasting thing ever! :)

Today is the first day of my committment to complete P90X. It just so happens to be the first day of my period too so I'm having a hard time feeling motivated to eat healthly and work out later. But I will power through...the program was expensive and I am determined to do this, dammit.
I will not give up. I will complete the P90X program. For the next 90 days, I will do ONLY what is healthly for my body.
GO ME!
