Totally lost track of logging my workouts/foods. Stayed on track though, working out everyday & eating very healthy. I have not done a weigh in for quite sometime but my husband says he can see a visible difference...awesome! I can feel the difference that's for sure. I weighed myself on Saturday and I lost 3 pounds! Yay! I was relieved to see the number actually go down.
Had a party to go to on Saturday so I made that my cheat day. I made a super healthy dish to bring with me so I tried to put that on my plate first. Still went to the gym on Saturday and had a great workout. Sunday I was back on track with eating right, no workout on Sunday though (gotta take one day off). Ready to hit the gym now, feeling my energy drop. I am feeling really energized...

Great Fit Click workout this morning. The alarm went off at 6:30am, and boy did I want to hit snooze! I did good though, got up even though my bedroom was freezing got dressed and made it to the gym. I have humbled myself to realize I am now a "beginner". No starting at intermediate or advanced, and that is a hard thing to accept.
